3. Set goals – It’s always important to set goals, and to make sure they’re REALISTIC. Don’t tell yourself you’re going to go from not ever working out to working out 5 times a week. Start small and build yourself up! Don’t try to go to the gym and run an hour straight or lift heavy weights before easing yourself into it. That is how people give up. Make it a lifestyle. Make it fun! Set goals, and once you’ve accomplished those, you can set more!
